Conduct unbecoming ...... not sure that's a court martial offense.

More importantly, going around the chain of command? Civilians might be able to get away with this, but from what I understand this is a serious crime in the military. Especially if it implicates the Commander In Chief. Trump may not have any military background but that DOES NOT MATTER at this point.

He is now the CIC by all Constitutional rights afforded the President of the United States. This is subversion in the worst way. He would have been better off presenting himself as a civilian than “parading and representing himself as military upholding military standards and protocol”. Because the military are held to a much higher standard and restrictions concerning chain of command.

Great question since he wants to wear his uniform as if he is active duty. Which he is not.
