I would guess the Pakis are monitored as closely as other outsiders with avisa from a country considered ‘not friendly’ to Japan. Why do they have those bast*rds there anyway? Scut labor, I suppose, as other East Asians have a deep dislike of Japan.

I am not sure if Pakis are working in Japan. But most of the dodgy gentlemen in Japan parting stolen cars at docks and doing the stuff like that are Pakis. In fact the idea of Japan as a homogeneous nation is dates. The population of immigrants especially among younger age groups in urban areas is just slightly lower than in Western countries.
