In Wisconsin in 2011, right-to-work legislation reduced membership, particularly school teacher union membership, significantly. Public-sector union membership rates fell from more than 60% since 2010 to 18.9 percent in 2017.

I do agree with yo, though. Abolishing the teachers unions would help a little.
