About the only good thing Bill Richardson ever did was dump his Hillary endorsement, and changed it to Obama in 2008. I’m surprised she let him live after that. I know it p*ssed her off big time.

No, not constitutional. If a person has served 2 terns as POTUS and then was allowed to be VP, then the POTUS could resign and the former POTUS could serve a 3rd term. If Michelle became POTUS she could appoint Barack to some cabinet post.
