He does not have the ability to fight back in a way like a normal person would, Jurgena said.
The video later shows another teenage boy being handcuffed. Jurgena said that boy, 16, was the one initially filming. Deputies caused him to hit his head on a wall and then put him in a patrol vehicle, according to Jurgena. But he was then released.

No.
It was a long, long time ago.
This came along when they quit requiring candidates for the police academies to be men who could pick up an aggressive dog and shake it until it knew who was boss. It is no surprise you get this with the pet shooting dregs we have today.
that fat doughnut muncher was just lucky it wasn’t this guy or he woulda got his asskicked!!!

That helps explain the bad cops. But the sick thing is, most "Americans" will defend this.
This cop thought he had an edge.
Juiced up fat ass pig. A real low IQ loser.
Red shoes mean leftist. F ‘em.
That was cool! Good for him for getting out there! (I really liked his ‘360 stump spin strike’ at about 45 seconds!)
working wi what ya got!
I’m sorry, but this cop was an idiot. Juiced up or not, the kid has no arms or legs. Like a bad Monty Python script with the black knight. What the hell was the kid going to do to the cop? Nibble his bum off?
It will be interesting to see if the usual apologists will show up for this.
You must mean the people who would like to see what the kid did before the cop had to react.
The cop is most likely out of line, but before I call for the rope to hang hinm I want to know the rest.
Anyone know what what the kid was doing before the arrest? The news report omitted essential detail.

More seriously, it is the very predictable result of half the candidates who FAIL their "required" psych eval getting hired anyway.
We could stop this dead in its tracks by personally suing anyone who waived passing for the full damages the psychopath with a badge causes.
Half the detected psychopaths are hired anyway.
Any police department (or university faculty, or military unit, etc.) is only as good as the worst psycho they tolerate. ~ H/T RedStateRocker
To be fair, since the cop couldn't handcuff him or put him in leg irons his options were limited to crushing him into a corner or shooting him.
Let's give officer Manny Van Satan a few Cujos, uh, kudos!
I am not joking in any way nor exaggerating.
When I was young Officers were expected to be able to handle a dog without killing it even if it had bitten onto their leg.
I do not care one whit if you made your post because you really are too young to remember when that was the norm, or because you don’t give a crap about the shooting of family pets.
It isn’t just that they are often letting in people who are unstable even before steroids. They used to select large men who could quell a lot of problems just by appearing physically intimidating due to their height and bulk.
Dude? We’re on the same side.
The MPs never shot a dog in all the time we lived on base.
When my dog got out and was killed by a car, they sent two MPs to break the news to and comfort my then 10 year old self.
Challenge me to prove my assertion that today (I have solid data as of 2005) half the candidates who FAILED THEIR PSYCH EVAL get hired anyway.
Any time a shaved head, roid-raging maniac gets a badge and a gun this is the predictable result. Yet it’s just this kind of maniac who gets to be a cop these days.
