NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJMN) — Michigan marijuana businesses now have a date when legal sales of recreational marijuana will start.
According to The Michigan Regulatory Agency, recreational marijuana businesses can begin selling their products on Dec. 1.
However, some businesses may not be ready by then.
“As for us, we have gotten in our recreational license, however, it does not mean we’ll be ready on the first we’re still waiting to hear back from LARA, so when they process our paperwork we’ll know more, ” says Logan Stauber, owner of The Fire Station Provisioning Center.
The Michigan Regulatory Agency says current medical marijuana businesses can transfer up to half of their inventory to the recreational market, as long as the product has been in the facility’s inventory for at least 30 days.
” For the state of Michigan it’s huge, it’s a wonderful opportunity. And really the faster they get the store selling recreational marijuana the faster that they can collect tax revenue and alleviate the black market,” continues Stauber.

Got your point the first time. I have no idea why you thought you had to “clarify” it.
No, that's your functional illiteracy at work.
Which State is more likely to prosper, the State that legalizes marijuana sale and use, or the State that keep it an illegal substance? My guess is that the State where pot remains illegal will be more productive.
Fail. To do that, you need to post facts not just shriek "propaganda!" But of course, finding facts takes actual work.
I have tried it for my arthritic problems. I does help a bit but the trade off of being high and also potentially setting a terrible example for my grandchildren deters me. If you end up on some type registry Id be very concerned about getting your 2nd amendment rights red flagged away from you.
Citizens' productivity belongs to them, not to government or anyone else. And putting pot money in the hands of violent criminals is detrimental to productivity.
So what are your proposed regulations on smoking pot?
About the same as for the inebriating addictive drug alcohol: no providing to minors; no driving while incapacitated; no public intoxication; and so on.
Thanks for the feedback. It pretty much matches my thinking on it. Apparently some strains are more effective than others because of CBD content. I’ve thought about just getting just CBD because it’s available all over the place,, even my local Family Video store.
I’ve heard from a number of medical professionals that CBD can help. But it’s so widely available, I have no idea what I would get or where I should get it. As far as I know, it’s not regulated.
Oh...and so YOUR solution is to increase pot use by making it sociably acceptable so YOU can put pot money in the hands of leftist politicians. How's that working out for you?
Thats not the question. Im just asking the outcome, and Im not assuming a remedy. If Im a business owner that relies on quality employees, I would consider avoiding a dope smoking State.
There looks to be some good information here: https://www.arthritis.org/living-with-arthritis/pain-management/chronic-pain/arthritis-foundation-cbd-guidance-for-adults.php
For the most part CBD is snake oil. It's only a thing because it helps the left promote smoking pot overall by covering it with a thin veneer of respectability. https://www.webmd.com/pain-management/news/20180507/cbd-oil-all-the-rage-but-is-it-safe-effective

Legalization has led to modest if any increases in use, according to federal data. (I've posted the Washington info on this thread.)
So unlimited use. Just what I said:
"You linked "facts" devoid of any context or balance and presented with the overall impression that unlimited smoking of pot is a health benefit with no dangers associated with it all.".

There is no evidence that legalization leads to more than a modest increase in use. And tobacco is legal but increasingly socially unacceptable, so your linkage fails.
so YOU can put pot money in the hands of leftist politicians.
At least they don't cut off heads and leave them in the town square.

I support the legality of alcohol although it is not a health benefit and has dangers. Do you want to ban it? If not, why not?
So you claim. What's indisputable is that you've posted no supported facts at all. But of course, finding facts takes actual work.
