Two devastating details from Holmes’s testimony, just read on air by CNN: 1. He personally heard Trump demand investigation of Biden. 2. Sondland said Trump didn’t care about the war with Russia because he only cared about things that benefited him, like the Biden investigation.
Ok thanks sounds about right. Personally I’m a bit nervous about a trap. So far Trumps defense hinges on there was no investigation and no threat to force one. If either proves false there may be no escape. The truth is Trump was well within his right to ask for an investigation in fact there is a treaty that requires it. It may have been smarter use that from the beginning. All these heresy statements could be leading to something more concrete. Am I alone in this concern? I keep getting flamed for even questioning any aspect of Trumps approach to this.
