Why would anyone be a cop in San Francisco now, or in any big city? It’s a thankless, dangerous job to begin with and then to have voters elect an anti-cop DA? Wow.

Because you are guaranteed to return home to your spouse and kids safe and sound, and you can count the days until you can retire at 50 on a big fat pension.

I ask myself the same question. The only answer I can come up with is the paycheck and the pension. And actually their just is getting easier. All they have to do is look away.

No need to risk your life, just let the zoo animals do their thing.

Why would anyone be a cop in San Francisco....

They want to arrest the ICE agents who try to round up illegals?

“Why would anyone be a cop in San Francisco now”

Approximately 150-200 cops have lateral transfers in to other agencies a little less than 20% of the force. Expect slow to non existent response to anything short of active gunfire or a body in the street.

Kiss the tourist $$ good bye.
