No there still is an appeals court. It’s not over and we did expose them this time. In a way it was worth it. God never said the road would be easy. The next court needs to be outside of San Fran and more than anything out side of California.

Yes, I agree that appeals should overturn, and Judge Orrick should be taken off the bench three times over: 1) failed to recuse himself despite clear bias as a former board member of PP; 2) rejected much of the defense on questionable grounds; 3) told the jury what their verdict must be. It's hard to distort justice this much. Despicable!
