Did you read what he said to the jury before they began deliberations? Read it. He's crooked to the core, and this verdict should be thrown out.

Course, it’s still the jurors’ fault. If a judge circumscribes what you’re ‘allowed’ to think, and you don’t expend every effort making sure there’s no reason to defy him, it’s still your fault.

The judge told the jury that he had already concluded that Daleiden was guilty of trespassing. I didn’t think it was the judge’s job to tell the jury what the verdict should be.

Of course they should appeal, but the videos showed the world what Planned Parenthood is. That was CMP's main goal, and they accomplished that goal.

The jury’s verdict came after a biased judge with ties to Planned Parenthood told a the panelists that David Daleiden is guilty of trespassing.

That might help the appeal considerably.
