Stone can and should win in an Appellate Court. The “judge” in this case broke almost every rule and standard for the conduct of a criminal trial. To the extent that this “judge” should be removed from the bench and her law license be forever voided and revoked.

The big problem to correcting that is that Chief Justice Roberts refuses to recognize what is plainly evident.
