IIRC, it came out a week or so ago that Schitt was going to cherry-pick what and who he wanted, and would make up the rules on a case-by-case basis. Frankly, I’m surprised he’s allowing anyone but main Counsel to do any questioning.
The Rules of the House, and by extension, committee proceedings, are to be structured SOLELY under Robert’s Rules of Order.
Schiff continues to violate this RULE OF THE HOUSE.
The Republicans must request the House Parliamentarian to be present and field any direct procedural questions (Points of Order).
