Ari Fleischer: As for Trump’s tweet, to call it witness intimidation is laughable. People can say whatever they want about Trump and he can’t say what he thinks? The witness has every right to speak her mind and he can speak his. If witnesses are so intimidated, why do they keep showing up?
I’m with Ari, the Pres is defending himself in real time...the public needs to know these details

As a general rule...why does any ambassador even think they would remain on the job after a change of administrations? The President can pick who he wants and trusts for those positions. Better just to assume you have to hone your resume the last six months that your president has left.

Yovanovitch compared herself to Ambassador Chris Stevens, the man who was neglected by Hillary Clinton and then killed due to lack of military support in Libya along with 3 other US Citizens.
