Well, Lindsey has been too busy NOT eliminating the Blue Slip process for federal district court judges — a process that the DemocRATS are using as an extraconstitutional VETO of many critical Trump Judicial nominees.
A prime example is the United States Southern District of New York (SDNY) which the DemocRATS use as a sure weapon to obstruct, harass and weaken Trump and anyone bold enough to ally with Trump. There are 15 Obama appointed District Court judges sitting on the SDNY court but not a single Trump appointed District Court judge. Yet there are 6 Judgeship VACANCIES on that court. The reason Trump hasn’t filled a single one of those vacancies is the BLUE SLIP PROCESS being abused by the New York Senators.
There are similar abuses and problems in other states such as New Jersey and California, and yet .... LINDSEY GRAHAM SLEEPS.
