Poncho Nevárez
To: MarvinStinson
Nevárez used an envelope with official state letterhead to carry his drugs.
“I observed the white envelope had a letterhead that was from the Office the State of Texas House of Representatives Member Poncho Nevarez,’” Special Agent Otto Cabrera wrote in the affidavit.

AND THIS, my friends, is what will keep the Drug War going. No one will win, as long as we have people like this who flaunt and show themselves to be above the law. Maybe he should tell everyone where he got this, and follow the trail...back to it’s source.

I have no idea how much that coke is worth, but makes sense that he would have his name on it so it could be returned if he lost it.
He sort of looks like that actor that had the goofy lying routine (SNL??)
“Well yeah. I had it to test the security systems. I’m on Homeland Security thingy - YEAH, that’s the ticket!”

Because the Republicans are out of the loop for partisan reasons, or because they get caught less?
