It has the Czech motto on it, “Pravda vitezi”/”Truth prevails.”
That motto used to be on past president’s flag (Svoboda) from WWII, where he was a general of CZ army. It is 100 year anniversary of Czechoslovakia memo. Hence the 100 pieces.
