Where does Uygur live??? I lived in this District and have never heard that he lived in it! I guess when it come to Dems, it doesn’t matter where you live, you can run for any seat simply because you toe the hard Left line.
To be elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, the Constitution requires that you live in the *state* that you represent; if he doesn’t live in the district, then he won’t be able to vote for himself, but he would be able to serve in Congress if he got elected.
