The real danger in the senate is the driving force is the deep state. The Alphabet agencies have been in control of the legislative branches for a while. Trump is the odd man out, and they have been trying to get rid of him unsuccessfully. It has taken three years to find SOME people he can put in charge. Trump does not have to worry about bad ink from the media. Every other senator and congresscritter has to worry what the agencies have on them. It may be more of a fight under the radar than we know.
