Kind of depends on whether Republicans could retake the House or not.

I'm not counting on that happening and I don't think the Republicans are either. The 20 retirements to date are evidence of that.

If he dangles a deal in front of DACA kids they’ll become his top lobbyists for the deal.

Nothing he dangles will do what the legislation the Democrats passed in June will do. And that was DOA in the Senate.

There should be no “let” about it. It was created by Executive Order and should end with an EO terminating program. No special rights vested.

Reagan got schnookered in a similar circumstance so I’d advise against it. But mark my words, Trump will use this to try and cut a deal.

Agreed. Ultimately, both parties will find a way to sell Americans out so they can be replaced with more easily managed and controlled foreigners.

Actually, it wasn't even an EO. It was just a memo published by the wonderfully Orwellian-named Department of Homeland Security. A memo, stating the department's intent not to enforce the law against a specific class of criminals. That's all it was. The courts have so completely screwed up our country that an executive agency can't change policy now unless the liberals and other assorted communists agree with it ahead of time.

And even if the Trump administration does lose this case, that loss is likely to be narrow.

It's still a loss. Sheesh!
