Schiff’s definition of bribery includes the following type of conduct - for example, suppose you walk into Starbucks and say to the cashier “I have five dollars and I would like a latte. But if you don’t give me that latte I’m not giving you the five dollars!”. To Schiff that is bribery and extortion.
