They even managed to put up a huge mural of that poor, mentally challenged child from Sweden yet, when they wanted to paint over a mural at a school a month or so ago depicting some warts from history, they didn’t. One of the reasons being that it required a $600,000 environmental impact report be issued before it could be painted over... The crazy runs wide and deep there.....
