Since when does a DA get to decriminalize anything? He can refuse to prosecute but he doesn’t get to nullify laws.

He’s not going to prosecute. When it comes to CA, let them do what they want. Maybe they’ll learn something.

If the DA won't prosecute something that's against the law, he's nullified the law. If the voters don't do anything about it, they've nullified the law.

You get what you elect. This will cause the Businesses and decent folks to leave en masse —Things will be worse for San Francisco when only guarded uber rich and demented Homeless. Wait till the building start to burn? Wait till the taxes drop—raising taxes will only help to depopulate the city. Looking like a real 3rd world place. Sad. Maybe Californians are not smart enough for democracy—we maybe need a dictator—where is Huey Long when we need him?
