They are still up here in Canada. It’s weird that some brand names survive after they have disappeared in their prime markets. When Esso became Exxon in the US the rest of the world still retained the Esso brand. Now Toys R Us is gone it still exists up here.

Yes. Cott Beverages was a major regional brand in Connecticut, disappearing decades ago. When we moved to Columbus, GA (birthplace of RC, and possibly Coca Cola formula X9) I saw a Cott plant! It turns out that Cott continued, but stopped making beverages under their own name. They still make products for Wal-Mart and other private labels. "It's Cott to Be Good!"
Canada also held onto Postum longer than the U.S. Now what do I have to do to bring back Canada Dry Jamaica Cola?
