The state prosecutors should be arrested on Federal Civil Rights charges-- these are clearly politically motivated attempts at extortion and should be treated as such.

Maybe a set of RICO prosecutions against the state governments of New York and California.

I agree they should be arrested. These clown prosecutors not only wasted Exxon’s money since they had to defend themselves, they’ve also wasted taxpayer money.
The N.Y. justice system is a joke. I’m surprised there are still companies that do business there.
