So was Obama’s Executive Order granting 100,000 Indians the right to work in the USA through H4EAD. Congress makes immigration law, not the President.

You don't know how accurate you are.


A couple of years ago, a major media publication (might have been Newsweek or NY Times) published an article about the Obamacare decision. An insider had clearly given vast details of what went on behind the scenes to the reporter.

It was shocking.

Roberts called a "meeting" - and the justices sat around and discussed the POLITICAL implications of overturning Obamacare.

It is a myth that the court weighs decisions in light of what the Constitution actually says.
