Too bad the progs who spit on employees were not arrested and prosecuted and those who were vandalizing cars wer not caught on surveillance cameras and similarly prosecuted. Don’t know if there was any push back against the Left, but there needed to be.

The fate of the Proud Boys in New York City was meant to be a lesson to those stand up to the Communists and Socialists.

I don’t know the politics there, but I suspect that their mayor is left-wing and probably supports this crap, so it was going to be tough, but I still hate it to see our side fold, regardless of the circumstances.

Here’s what would I have suggested for him:
Install surveillance equipment throughout the restaurants and outside. Identify the people causing the trouble, using private investigators, as required. And then hit them and their parents up with civil lawsuits, which, of course, will include psychological abuse claims. The kids may try to ignore the suits, but then they’ll bench warrants, while the parents will understand what’s at stake and most will FINALLY have to become real parents, and put an end to financing this crap.
