The code these guys produce is usually complete shit, often times a company contracts these “cheap” workers and then have to pay Western devs to clean up their messes and try to salvage the product. I keep thinking companies will learn their lesson, but the allure of cost-cutting, cheap labor is too much to resist I guess.
The companies are not going to learn. They’ve been hiring and off shoring to incompetents since the 90s while firing competent and experienced developers and engineers.
