Doesn’t matter - made up stuff is just fine in an impeachment which does not have to abide by any laws, facts, evidence except that it chooses to or not.
Reading the excerpts issued by Schiff it becomes clear that the focus of Schiff’s committee is that PDJT has circumvented the normal political protocol. Everything appears to be their “belief” that the direction taken by PDJT will upset the efforts they have been pursuing for decades. In other words; they don’t like the “reset” of U.S. diplomatic policies around the world. The “he didn’t take our advice seriously, or at all” is the basis for their resistance/sabotage.
