The House Intelligence Committee subpoenaed acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney on Thursday evening to appear at a deposition as part of the impeachment inquiry Friday morning.
“Mr. Mulvaney has the opportunity to uphold his oath to the nation and constitution by testifying tomorrow under oath about matters of keen national importance,” an official working on the impeachment inquiry said late Thursday. “We hope Mr. Mulvaney does not hide behind the President’s ongoing efforts to conceal the truth and obstruct our investigation.”
Mulvaney is unlikely to show up for the appearance despite the subpoena. The White House has refused to cooperate in the impeachment inquiry this far, accusing House Democrats of an unfair process and a partisan effort to overturn the results of the 2016 election.

Three House committees sent a letter to Mulvaney earlier this week requesting that he testify behind closed doors on Friday. White House counselor Kellyanne Conway told reporters at the White House on Wednesday that Mulvaney was not expected to show up.

This is one of the Dems/Media setups. They want the optics of refusing a so-called subpoena and thus this administration is obstructing justice and have something to hide and then the media will run it all on the Sunday shows and early on Monday to continue the narrative
I'm pretty sure they are the fake ones, but they look real enough to fool the MSM (or they look real enough for the MSM to act like they are real.)

The dems know he won’t show. They are going after “obstruction of congress” in terms of impeachment charges. In actuality, this is called separation of powers.

Yeah. He’d explain to em why he was fixing to beat their brains out just before he did it. I guess that would make him an “Explainer-in-Chief”. There’s a whole bunch of em out there that really need to be “explained” to.
The “subpoena” is actually a strongly worded letter.
