Yes, I remember that. She probably was hoping for Media love by dumping on Trump. She got Media love alright, but her conservative base abandoned her in Nov 2018.

With Owens running, I think this seat is a GOP pickup in 2020.

Agreed. He has the added advantage of Owens being a famous Mormon political name when the district was represented by Wayne Owens back before the j@ck@$$ party went full leftard. There are enough older Democrats who will vote for him for that reason alone.

BTW, I liked Mia when she first came on the scene. I thought she was a nice fresh face. My son-in-law, who lived in the town where she was mayor before marrying my daughter warned me that she wasn't too bright. Looks like he was right. Sad. We still have a dark grey cat named after her.
