Ummm..no. He was a willing participant. Just look at the contrast between him and Barr. When Barr became AG the whole Russian nonsense STOPPED dead in its tracks. When the left tried to spin the heavily politicized Mueller report Barr saw what they were doing and summed it up before they could do it...no collusion and no obstruction. Sessions sat back and watched everything happen. Heck he even helped it by allowing all this garbage to keep going.
Oh really? After months of Trump calling him every name in the book? He's certainly not going to be a supporter of Trump. He's the next freaking Mitt.
> “After months of Trump calling him every name in the book? “
Wrong. Trump only called him ‘Mr. Magoo’ and critiicized him for recusing himself.
Trump gave him a very warm send off after election night 2018.
Jeff will not be the next Mit. Mitt Romney is corrupt, Jeff isn’t.
Importantly, Alabamans love Jeff and Trump and they trust Jeff to do the right thing. The right thing to them is to support President Trump. Jeff isn’t going to betray the voters of Alabama.
I was referring to the Propaganda created against Moore, which went away after the election.
It is very hard to overcome the GOPe when they universally attack you and they did. Maybe we should remember what Mitch really believes. He once said, we must marginalize these tea party guys before they get here.(or something to that effect)
Thanks, glad you confessed. 😀
First of all, Barr appointed Durham not Sessions. Oh yes, Mr. Huber the invisible man. How long has he supposedly been in the job and what have we seen? The Clinton Foundation? Sessions has done what about the Clinton Foundation? The man was and is a loser.
Wrong he started the Epstein investigation. Who had to fire all the heads who were fired.Who got the indictments against many pedophiles and other crimes. Who hired Huber. Many things were being done behind the scenes. You will see He is a good man he did exactly what was expected of him.
> “First of all, Barr appointed Durham not Sessions.”
False.
You forget this:
Sessions may have been looking into something. He is way to smart to get in the ditch with the mud and his integrity is above board.I was skeptical at first also but you know what nothing added up to even come close.Things are not what they seem.He is coming back in some capacity Senator or whatever. He is a true Patriot.
Look it up. Barr announced the appointment of Durham in May of 2019.
Sessions did jack.
Boy, I love your attitude, but theres nothing to surmise or support it, in my mind, from everything publicly known.
Its almost like still believing in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
You look it up. I have the official facts before me.
You’re grabbing something off the internet and BELIEVING IT.
You need to dig more.
I’ll give you a hint.
Durham was on the case before Barr came into the office and when Barr came into office, Barr ... _____________
Fill in the blank.
Just when did Sessions appoint Durham and what was he appointed to do?
Sessions appointed 5 US Attorneys to investigate the leaks.
Leaking classified information is a crime so all 5 US Attorneys were acting as investigators to crimes and it was kept quiet.
Sessions kept a tight ship; no leaks.
Durham traced the leaks back to Ukraine and he was continuing to work on that part of the investigation when Barr came onboard.
Barr asked a lot of questions about the ‘origins’ of the Russian-Collusion hoax and Durham had the answers and then some. Barr was well-pleased so he traveled to Italy, Ukraine and other countries in the leak pathway and Durham accompanied him.
Barr then announced Durham would be ... _________.
Fill in the blank.
The ‘origins’ is crucial because it bypasses the ‘outrage trap’ meaning the counter-intel operation that Susan Rice wrote a memo to herself hours before vacating the White House. Counter-intel ops allow for disinformation meaning it’s Ok to lie. All the FISA abuses and lies, etc. may be excused as part of the counter-intel operation. The counter-intel gives all the coup gang a stay-out-of-jail free card.
But not the ‘origins’. The origins blows up the counter-intel excuse and lands the coup plotters in the clutches of justice where some of them may very well fry or hang.
And who had the ‘origins’?
Durham.
Now you know why Barr did what he did and you know that Sessions set it in motion.
But this is a thread about Sessions.
Sessions was fooled, confused, duped, just like Mark Levin, just like millions of Americans who eventually learned about the real Trump. He screwed up with the recusal. But his longstanding friendships and relations in the US Senate were valuable to getting rid of the nasty, hostile, misguided bad actors in the GOP Senate which if Trump had lost the Senate in 2018, he would likely be a goner.
So we forgive Jeff and we leave it to his record of keeping his promises to Alabamans to keep him solidly behind POTUS because they love Trump. Alabama was the first state to see what sort of man the President really is and come to his support.
Sessions will be Ok. He will be a reliable vote for Alabamans and for POTUS. Hw won’t turn his back on Alabamans. When you study his history with his constituents, you see consistent, solid loyalty to them.
Time for all to bury the hatchet.
If there is a better senate candidate for AL, I’d like to hear it but as of now, I don’t know of one.
The problem is it’s in your mind .Think outside a little ,pay attention to what is said.I will not chew my tobacco twice.Jeff Sessions will prove to be the Pot of Gold at the end of this coup the Dems.are trying to pull off.Thats it.You are entitled to your opinion but I beg to differ.Thats it! You will be proven wrong in time.TY
I very much doubt he will be re-elected to the Senate by the people of Alabama.
