Poor guy, too much middle around the middle, but he comes out with a big smile and does what he can. The judges were floored last season when the radio guy won, but he had improved greatly from the beginning, did well if not as polished as the other contestants, and he had a huge fan base.
Spicer probably will not survive the next round. The judges have finally started to give out much higher scores and that will count against him more than it has up until now.
I think the judges and producers are surprised by the amount of fan support Spicer has. It might be a good indicator of how Trump will do in 2020.
Like I said, the elite hates Trump. That’s not a view shared by us in the heartland.
Hating a human being doesn’t acquit anyone very well. All of Trump’s enemies have been diminished by it.
Even if they succeed in impeaching him, history won’t be kind to them.
