I wonder if Honolulu has followed in misguided footsteps of California cities regarding taking on big oil.

I would think the onus of proof is on the city.

They must

1) Produce clear examples of global warming impact. (Projected impacts are speculation).

2) Prove the warming is man-made and not natural or a short or long term anomaly.
