Meanwhile in the Socialist Republic of Virginia where the Republicans were in control in otherwise solid blue state, the senate has flipped to democrats for the first time in 26 years. It flipped by ONE vote when a Muslim woman beat the GOP incumbent. Now the entire state government of the once proud state of Virginia, the home of Washington, Jefferson and the where this country was founded, has turned into California on the East Coast.
the media crowing about this as if this means KY will go to the D in the 2020 presidential election? lol
Anyway, KY are not smart if they haven’t been paying attention to what the D party has become.
Looks like conservatives are going to have to find another country if we keep the borders open. USA will be gone. One big welfare state.
VA is done, has been gone since Obama won first time. Why do we even bother watching the races there. The GOP-e has said “its okay, let the socialists take over here, we’re not that far behind them anyway.” This is all due to the D’s importing their voters.
[more votes than on rolls]
Ah the old DEMOCRAT game is afoot.......
Funny,.....Matt Bevin is the only Republican candidate to lose this evening in the states of Kentucky & Mississippi. all the other candidates won their races easily including the new Republican governor of Mississippi!!! Something smells really badly here, folks and Matt Bevin better get on it right away...he was robbed...period!!! Matt...fight until you drop!!! You got screwed!!! Next week we will win in Louisiana and in 2020....Kentucky, Mississippi & Louisiana go for Trump for sure!!! We still may save the governor slot in Kentucky!!! Great job...Trump!!!
Do you have the final final governor’s race results yet?
Thanks if you can post those final final results.
>> Something smells really badly here
Its called Libertarian
Absentees could flip the election to Bevin. 5k votes and the margin has narrowed to 4000!
Now we need to wait to see who gets them.
Like Yogi Berra said, its aint over til its over. Absentee vote still needs to be counted.
It may be the margin of difference tonight. Keep yer fingers crossed.
Its premature! AP reversed its call because the margin narrowed enough for absentee votes to swing it.
No way if it was 7 to 14k but Im feeling cheerier than I did a couple of hours ago.
Bad candidate? He isnt conceding because the margin kept shrinking. Its too close to call now.
Impressive for a guy with a 30% approval rating if this is turned around.
Give Trump all the credit if thats the end result.
In 4 years the libertarians will protest-vote against Beshear.
At the moment its a toss up and no matter which way the absentee vote lands, were looking at a recount
Democrat media should wipe the smug grins off their faces.
Bevin was a challenged candidate, not liked. Other republicans won. Very simply put, Republicans either voted for the Democrat or skipped voting. That should be obvious in the results—did others get more votes than Bevin? What we’ve seen over the past couple of years is that bad candidates lose.
They do. But theres no winner tonight and Beshear managed to lose 10k votes against an unpopular GOP Governor. Amazing!
Bevin ran well behind the rest of the GOP statewide slate in northern KY.
Everyone else had an easy win. If he does pull through, it will be very close.
Republicans won 5 of the 6. More people voted for governor than the others. If the ballots were compromised, I'd expect it to be across the board. Instead, I suspect people felt more strongly about the governor's race than they did for the others. Bevin is not well liked and despite Trump's last minute effort, couldn't drag him across the finish line like he did Lyn' Ted in Texas.
This loss is on Bevin, not Trump.
There will be a recount and right now theres a 4000 vote difference and everyone is waiting on the absentee vote, too.
No wonder AP retracted its projection.
