I said that though there are, of course, racists in the United States, America is the least racist multi ethnic and multiracial country in the world.

In my more than 40 years of traveling the world this is one indisputable fact.

I watched the Ameren guy switch out the gas meter yesterday. He said that they pick locations at random, replace the meter and take the old one to the lab to check it out. If it is still good, they recycle it to somewhere else in their system. When he installed the new one, he saw some bubbles, took the system apart again, and put in a new piece. I do not want the Ameren guy, plumber, construction worker, etc. to be a trans or even a liberal who cannot observe and/or live with the real world.

I think I agree to a degree, but as I said in the prior post, they are mainly a danger due to the weight of numbers they add to leftist causes, and that weight of numbers is used and abused by the media who see them as the intellectually lazy or ignorant tools of the Left that they often are.

Sigh. I have a relative who, even at a young age is a committed leftist and that causes me pain. He is beyond my influence.

Exactly...they are ideologically and intellectually lazy because leftism not only allows it, it requires it.

If those people on the Left had to honestly confront the obvious and apparent dichotomies in their belief system the same way that we as conservatives have to on a daily basis (and we have to address them when we find them) they would only have two choices: Change their views, or have the cognitive dissonance drive them stark raving mad.

Unfortunately, the choice #2 is the most common one, which is why many of us believe Leftism is a mental disorder.

Truth is that which is true (ie. an accurate view of reality). If the Bible is true, then the Biblical worldview is an accurate description of reality, and any contrary view is an inaccurate view of reality. Leftists, who usually hate Christianity and the Bible, truly have a different, and inaccurate, view of reality. They are living in a different world (of thought and perception), as evidenced by the MSM and college campuses.
