Don Bolduc says he doesnt remember the blast from the 2,000-pound bomb that fell on him in Afghanistan. He does remember the loud whistle before impact: Thats a sound you dont forget. He also remembers regaining consciousness a few moments later, after the explosion had tossed him two or three dozen feet. ***

Bolducs new mission is to take a Senate seat next year in New Hampshire. *** Bolduc already may be on the verge of becoming a consensus candidate. If he wins, he could represent one of the two or three best opportunities for a GOP challenger to defeat a Democratic senator in 2020.
The 57-year-old Donald Charles Bolduc is short and buff, with arms like tree trunks. His gray hair is swept back, and one of his favorite words is the New England regionalism wicked, which he uses as an adverb to intensify adjectives, as in wicked good or wicked common. ***
Born and raised in Laconia, N.H., Bolduc worked as a police cadet as a teenager and also labored on his grandparents farm in nearby Gilford. His grandfather had a rule: All male Bolducs were to serve in the military. So after graduating from high school in 1981, Bolduc enlisted in the Army as a private.

Bolduc sums up his philosophy in a single sentence: Im a constitutional conservative. Hes pro-life and an ally of the Second Amendment who opposes red-flag laws. He supports the tax cuts of 2017 but also calls himself a deficit hawk who would have voted against last summers two-year budget deal. He wants Congress to approve the United StatesMexicoCanada Agreement (the proposed successor to NAFTA) and backs the presidents trade war with China ***

Over the course of 33 years active duty, Bolduc received two awards for valor, five Bronze Stars, and two Purple Hearts.
The whole article is worth reading.
My guess is that Corey Lewendowski will get the nomination and have a good chance of winning the seat.
I agree. Except for the ludicrous statement that a 2,000lb bomb fell on him. If that were a fact he wouldn’t be here running for anything. He’d be a splatter on the ground even if it were a dud.
There are no editors worth their paycheck anymore.
Good point.
I know the General & his entire family. His extended family runs a bison farm in Gilford NH. His late dad, although a Democrat, was basically a DINO.
Good, solid people.
Corey, if he runs, has a real chance of winning the seat. The problem is the General has no money; or much name recognition statewide.
I would not be so sure about Corey.. though I like him. Trump wants him back (?)
He is enjoying his Monday gig on the Howie Carr Show (Boston+ NE) and Howie is moving to FL for the winter, Like Trump, he and his wife have established Residency and are avoiding the Winter Weather and Taxes.
Corey could have other ideas than being a Peanut in the Senate and Howie has a Studio in Palm Beach Environs as well as here.
Ya never know!
