The homeless dont want to go to charity facilities because there are **rules.**. Little things like no drugs, curfews, **restrictions.** They dont want people telling them what to do.

Austin needs to do what NYC is supposedly doing with the homeless there-exporting them-give each homeless person who is from outside the Austin area a Greyhound grant-a couple hundred bucks and a bus ticket to a bigger liberal-run city in another state-like maybe Portland Oregon or San Fran...
