Fisher Sand & Gravel has had one son indicted on child porn charges, another on a financial scheme, while the third, Tommy Fisher, the current CEO is suspected of being complicit in the scheme.
Plus, the Fisher designed wall cannot be seen through, but is built high enough (32’) that the other side can be seen from the access road on its top.
For sake of the discussion let’s stipulate all those accusations are true.
What does that have to do with a wall design that is far superior and far more durable than what is now being built?
