California’s not far behind. Saw an article yesterday from San Fran. California is no longer prosecuting shoplifting if the value is under $950.00. So shoplifters are going into stores using calculators to add up how much they can steal before hitting the limit. They walk out of the store, dump their booty, then go right back in and do it again.
I can tell you’re not kidding but that is so odd-ball...We are way past the point of saying - “Now I’ve Heard Everything”!!! We haven’t and can only shudder about where it all ends up. I would suspect that all “civilizations” see stuff like this coming and are powerless to put a stop to it.
