If the CIA was involved in the raid on Baghdadi's compound, YOU BET I'M SUSPICIOUS about the timing of it.

CIA would very likely be involved to some extent. Though I believe it was 5 eyes that pin pointed "Al's" location. I'm sure the CIA has lots of communications with 5 eyes with the use of a few FISA warrants.
I agree with you CIA, FBI and State department are saturated with corruption.
Al = what the media wants us to call him. IE: uncle Al.
