It looks like Alex Ovechkin, the captain of the Washington Capitals Hockey Team. I heard on WMAL this morning the Washington Nationals honored the Capitals when they won the Stanley Cup. It appears the Caps are returning the honor to the Nationals.
I wouldn't know him or any other hockey player from Adam. I only asked the question because he was missing front teeth.........LOL!
