I’m kinda curious...if this closed-door ‘thing’ was done in the SCIF in the basement of the building...did the SCIF manager approve recording equipment being there? Normally, this would be violating a significant rule or two.

"Normally, this would be violating a significant rule or two."

Which, in recognition of Democrats' usual standards, is the equivalent of strict adherence to the letter of the law...

And don't forget their credo: "Rules were made to be broken."

Or changed to fit the circumstances.

Hmmmm. Electronic recording devices are not allowed. Was someone writing down everything? Also, everything in that room is considered classified information. Schiffty can just release that?

Last week when the GOP invaded Schiff’s SCIF, they all had to turn in their phones and any other type of recording device. Schiff who is putting on the show has a congressional stenographer and typewriting machine that records everything typed into it. Schiff may have the power to start and stop the stenographer as he wishes. The transcripts could be released today if Schiff and Pelosi wanted them released.
