Laura Ingraham continued to pressure Senate Republicans on Wednesday, just a day after she urged Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to "stand up" against House Democrats, saying there is no Republican Party in 2020 without President Trump.
"Naturally, Republican senators are being bombarded by Never Trumpers and Democrats," Ingraham said on "The Ingraham Angle.
"Take a principled stand against the White House! Protect your party's future! Stand against Trump!," she mocked. ""Spare us. The crisis is the Democrats' own making, and it's up to Republicans to ensure that this never happens to any president of either party again."
Ingraham delivered a bold directive to Republicans as the impeachment inquiry continues.
"There is no GOP in 2020 without Trump. Should you abandon him on these spurious grounds ginned up by the venal Adam Schiff, you'll not only not grow the party, you lose everything," Ingraham said. "Historically, siding against a president from your own party in an impeachment battle doesn't offer any political benefit and merely ensures the political dominance of the opposition."

All that we need is to have Trump's blessing, have him be the chairman of the new party, and continue his rallies, except this time to register party members. The new party could have candidates by 2020.

So true; the squish, collaborationist GOP Senators need to be educated that there will be no return to business as usual if they remove President Trump. They will be atop a pile of rubble and will not dare to appear in public again. The consent of the governed would need to be withdrawn and a nationwide reset instituted.

It ceases to be viable national party. The end result will be a new party made up of a coalition of the productive working class voters from both the Democrat and Republican bases who are getting betrayed and thrown under the bus by both parties

We could easily have a split of 2 left and 2 right parties like France,Britain and Israel.
Equals disaster for the US. We can’t even get simple bills agreed to today because Dems won’t allow a victory for Trump no matter what. Probably one honoring the girl who sold the most Girl Scout cookies would be tied up as much too controversial (is she trans, LGBTQ, a white, a woman of color, pro-Trump.....). All will vote “present” or flee the chamber before having to vote at all.
