CNN has learned that what was said was: “I want to be clear, I was concerned that everything illegal was discussed.”

When was the last time we the American people have seen or read the transcript of a telephone conversation between Barack Hussein Obama and a foreign head of state, or between William Jefferson Clinton and a foreign head of state? Never!
Why are all the treasonous and seditious members of the House of Representatives being allowed to get away with this insanity on the taxpayers' dime?
Why are they not being stopped from dismantling the Executive Branch of the government, and not being stopped from nullifying the results of a national election?
Have we all gone crazy?
Where are the adults?

Quid pro quos in foreign policy are standard operating procedure and not illegal as this article says. Why the heck else would we give foreign aid if not to influence behavior??!!!

You’re right, and the conservative media and Republicans had best start shouting that from the rooftops.

"My recollection is that Ambassador Sondlands proposal to [Ukrainian National Security Advisor Andriy] Yermak was that it could be sufficient if the new Ukrainian prosecutor general not President Zelensky would commit to pursue the Burisma investigation, Morrison testified according to the Federalist.
I am pleased our process gave the president the confidence he needed to approve the release of the security sector assistance, he added. I am proud of what I have been able, in some small way, to help the Trump administration accomplish."
I don't see how that helps Trump. It sounds like some kind of quid pro quo. What am I missing?

Dems whine we must have secret hearings and public hearings would let Trump coordinate responses or some BS excuse, then promptly leak what they want on a daily basis.

Here is the EXACT headline from my local newspaper:
“Ex-Trump adviser Morrison testifies to having concerns over Ukraine”
(which is exactly the opposite from what he reportedly said—pure leftist propaganda)

Exactly. Trump wasn’t asking for fake evidence or spying on Hunter about things that he had a right to be kept secret; he was asking them only to give us anything they had that might be evidence of crime.

Her actual words where:
""we have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it""
Today she is basically saying,
"we have to impeach Trump so you can find out what he did wrong"

OH WELL they can say whatever in the hell they want after EVERYTHING that Hellary got away with how dare they say ANYTHING about how Trump got away with a damn thing!!!!
To: jazusamo
Doesn’t matter. In the alternative universe inhabited by the Left, that first hand testimony takes second place to the accuser who did not hear the call. The accusation against Trump establishes superior credibility.

Wouldn’t it be great if we didn’t have to rely on “reportedly?” It’s almost as though proceedings of such Constitutional import ought to be conducted in public.
