President Ford was once asked; “What is an impeachable offense?”
He replied:
“An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.”
And how does that pass muster? Ford’s take on this is not the be all and end all on the matter.
In a practical sense, perhaps. But this is not what the Founders intended. Leftists (AKA the reason we can't have nice things) break and misappropriate whatever they touch. He should have said it’s rule by men (elites) rather than rule of law. That’s pretty much the state of affairs nowadays throughout the “justice” system.
