Entire thing is a false sting of fabrication— just like the dossier. Complete fabrication and fake narrative.

Key point is— he was involved deeply in the Ukraine fraud and influence peddling—as an aide to Biden as VP in the Ukraine with all the stuff Biden bragged on. IOW the corruption discussed on the President’s phone call to Zelinsky— was this “whistleblower’s” corruption.
He’s highly motivated to push the Trump fraudulent “phone call whistle” complaint because he will be EXPOSED by the investigation Trump asked Ukraine to do. And thus so would Brennan be exposed- as Brennan went to Ukraine under an assumed name passport (this is documented).
