My understanding is the Vindeman was the one who shared the call with Ciaramella. DOJ needs to prosecute for leaking classified information.

And it simply isn’t whistleblowing

Here’s the phone call to the ukrainian president.

First the president pointed out Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election.

Next, he acknowledged that the US had interfered in the Ukraine. It was a 2 way street. He was being balanced.

The president obviously was referring to US (Biden) obstruction in a previous Ukraine corruption investigation and indicated the US would no longer get in the way and would be helpful instead. The focus was entirely on the US obstructing a Ukrainian investigation, something we should be appalled at.

There is nothing there to whistleblow about. We SHOULD be appalled that the US interfered in a corruption investigation in the Ukraine.
