Then you weren’t looking very close, Near Brandeis(south end of Sequoia) is a HUGE Homeless camp that has been there for over 10 years, Up Tapo Canyon just past Walnut at Getty there has been a homeless camp for over 10 years, in fron of Home Depot buy the RR tracks there has been a Big Camp for over 10 years, there are also about 10 along the Arroyo Seco all the way to the Drive In. And yes that is Easy St!!

“residents of homeless encampment” = BUMS
Why interview them? They are all drug-addled, alcohol-addled and/or mentally ill.
Place them in mental asylums.
