Kushner responds to Biden: I've 'been cleaning up the messes' he left behind

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner on Tuesday lashed out at former Vice President Joe Biden, saying many of his efforts under the Trump administration have been aimed at “cleaning up the messes that Vice President Biden left behind.”

Kushner pushed back days after Biden said in a “60 Minutes” interview that Kushner and his wife, President Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump, should not have been appointed to serve in Trump’s administration.

“Look, he’s entitled to his opinion, but a lot of the work that the president’s had me doing over the last three years has actually been cleaning up the messes that Vice President Biden left behind,” Kushner responded in an interview with Israel’s Channel 13 News published by Axios.

“Look, he has his opinion. I think President Trump’s entitled to pick his team, and we’ve worked with him for a long time, and I think we’ve done a good job of trying to help him be successful," he added.

I agree, but you dont make a statement like that without backing it up with hard data. Like what exactly? The crime reform bill is one he alluded to. What’s another? If you don’t back up a slapback with hard data, you allow the void to be filled with lies.

“If I get elected president, my children are not going to have offices in the White House. My children are not going to sit in on Cabinet meetings,” Biden said on “60 Minutes.”

Yeah because your children will be too busy shaking down corrupt foreign companies.

And yet you don't question Biden's comment on why Kushner and "Ivanka should not have been appointed to serve in Trump’s administration".

Apparently you agree with Biden.

Maybe he's baiting Joe to say something so he can hit back with hard data and make Joe look even more foolish.

Bringing family members into an administration is not a new concept. John and Robert Kennedy are a good example. You may think they aren’t qualified but that is a call for the President based on his experience and trust in them. That is completely different than having your family members placed strategically in positions of power in foreign or US companies where they were not already employed for the purposes of gaining access to the office holder. This is paying for influence which is a conflict of interest. Biden is just trying to confuse people with completely different relationships.

Even better:
Your son would not be able to get a security clearance due to past drug usage.

The point I was making had nothing to do with Biden’s statement. Your logic has flaws.
