Yes— agree. And it is a substance of ALL our “diplomacy” done by elements of the “State” Dept. under direction of the Chief Executive. Especially as regards foreign states who are NOT our friends.
This “lace doilie” shock at negotiation, would melt in grease for what has TRANSPIRED with the Soviet Union and the current Russia— you know— for the sake of not having a nuclear war exchange. It requires-— bullying, and show of force (with discretion for emphasis).
